Unlocks Oil Refinery and Oil Well
Executives
Unlocks managers for Entertainment buildings. I recommend using the Administrator type that boosts the amount of tropicans that can be serviced by a fixed percentage. That way your Catherdral can go from 500 to 550 Tropicans.
Democracy
Unlocks the third Constitution tab containing Personal Rights, Economic structure and Media independence media. I recommend changing to Planned Economy. Just make sure to use managers everywhere after that!
Flight
Brings in “extra revenue” from tourists. Based on the number of tourists on your island. Hard to recommend. Takes a lot of space, costs a lot of money and generates little revenue.
Native Foreigners
Unlocks new edicsts; International summit, Tourism campaign and Organisc campaign.
Sliced bread
Supermarket. Provides food for 300 Tropicans, twice as much as the Grocery.

Vehicle factory, awesome industry! Requires bauxite and steel to produce cars.
The Peaceful Atom
Unlocks a Nucleair Powerplant. A musthave for any Tropican nation. It provides 2500 power at maximum budget. With uranium enrichment enabled it also generates a profit of 1250 monthly at the cost of 50% power generation. You can only build one.
Space
Unlocks space program. After construction you immediately progress to the Modern Era. No quests required. Also produces research points.
Precision Bombing
Unlocks the Aircraft Carrier military building. Dont forget to set it to Fire at Will. Upgrade to Smart Bombs or it will set your buildings on fire.
The Hostile Atom
Unlock Nuclear program. Cheaper alternative to the Space programn. Allows you to progress to the next era. Also prevents foreign invasions.
